Rocket Flower’s unique flavour profile is obviously floral with notes of sweet white flowers, decadent sweet lemon tart and a pleasent rounded nectarine body just to name a few. This coffee is immensley complex with layers of sweetness and acid that leave you to discover more with each sip.
This innovative coffee program is credited to Huver Castillo, a third genertaion coffeee grower at El Buesaco, a farm in Narino. Huver was a math teacher until 2015 before coming back to work at his fathers farm where he has implemented progressive processing techniques and created a unique suite of micro-lots that have put them on the map in the speciality coffee world. sitting between 1750-1900m this farm producer incredible high quality coffee and is processed with care for your enjoyment.
