Colombia La Divisa

Finca La Divisa is a 13 hectare family farm in Circasia, Quindío, in Colombia’s coffee growing central highlands. It is owned by Sebastián Gómez and his father John Gómez, and sits around 1700 to 1800 metres above sea level. The farm is shaded with native trees helping to create a cooler, more stable growing environment allowing for slow development of sugars in fruit adding more to the complexity of the coffee.

Finca La Divisa in Circasia, Quindío is known for careful, modern processing and small lots that lean into clarity. This Pink Bourbon from La Divisa is very aromatic, and the washed approach tends to keep the profile crisp and structured.

In the cup, expect an elevated floral like aroma and a bright, clean, fruit character. Think pear like sweetness, citrus that feels more like mandarin or blood orange than lemon, and a black tea finish. Expect a beautifully structured espresso from this coffee, vibrant acidity and complex clean flavour notes.
