Summer Blend - A bright fruity coffee for summer adventures, long hours of sunshine, and getting outdoors! We’ve partnered with Wildcare Tasmania, to donate 10% of all Summer Blend sales to conservation efforts for the critically endangered Orange Bellied Parrot. These parrots return to Melaleuca in south-west Tasmania to breed every Summer. There are only around 80 individuals remaining in the wild.
Christmas Blend - ‘Tis the season for a fresh release of our annual Christmas Espresso Blend! Sugar, spice and everything nice, this year’s Blend delivers notes of plum pudding, berries, and orange blossom. The Guji delivers depth and jammy sweetness, while the Yirgacheffe adds a refined floral brightness.. Best enjoyed with long lazy days off, and too many serves of Pavlova.
Colombia Santa Monica Peach Co-Fermentation -An experimental release from Jairo Arcila, a dedicated third
generation coffee producer from Quindio, Colombia. This microlot underwent a 72-hour dry anaerobic fermentation with pulp intact, during which peaches and wine yeast are added to amplify complexity. After fermentation, cherries are pulped and dried on raised beds, with dried peaches interspered to further enhance the fruity aromatics. Bold, peachy, and very fun.
