Limitation of Liability
Any liability of Villino Coffee Roasters in connection with goods or services supplied by us to you will, subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of Villino Coffee Roasters limited to:
1. In relation to goods, the replacement or repair of the faulty goods, the supply of equivalent goods, the payment of the cost of replacing or repairing the goods or the payment of the cost of obtaining equivalent goods; and
2. In relation to services, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
In no event shall Villino Coffee Roasters be liable for any incidental, indirect, exemplary, punitive and/or consequential damages, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption resulting from the use of or inability to use the website.
Pricing & GST
Unless stated otherwise, all prices are inclusive of any applicable GST and are quoted in Australian Dollars. GST means the Australian goods and services tax charged under A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (the “Act”).
Refunds And Returns
Returns are only accepted with prior approval from Villino Coffee Roasters within 14 days or purchase. The item must returned in the original packaging. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Villino Coffee Roasters will also accept returns in accordance with Tasmanian and Australian law.
Repairs And Warranties
Most items are covered by manufacturers’ warranty so if a product is faulty while under warranty please contact us immediately so as to authorise a repair or replacement. If an item arrives and is faulty on arrival please contact us within 14 days so we can arrange a replacement or repair.
Product Descriptions, Errors & Omissions
Villino Coffee Roasters and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible in all product descriptions, images, prices and stock availability. However, Villino Coffee Roasters cannot guarantee that product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Villino Coffee Roasters itself is not as described, you can return the item in an unused condition, or Villino Coffee Roasters will cancel / reverse an order / payment if an order has been placed based on incorrect information.
