Bring a little light back into the day, with our Spring Espresso Blend. The perfect companion to Spring’s awakening, as the birds chirp their sweet melodies, and vibrant flowers burst into bloom. This year’s Spring Blend is our first time featuring a lesser known varietal called ‘Chiroso’, which is quickly gaining popularity in Colombia.

The Santa Monica natural lot is bright and vibrant with a big tropical acidity. We’ve combined this with washed Colombian and Ethiopian lots, that bring complimentary clean floral and fruit notes. Heaps of sweetness, body, and some balancing tannins, it’s a flavour bomb!

The artwork for this blend pays tribute to several of Tasmania's native orchids, alpine Scoparia flowers, Lemon-scented Boronia, and the Macleay's Swallowtail butterfly and the Blotched blue butterfly. Illustration by our own Tilly Thorne.
