BEST BREWING TIPS
1. Flush with hot water first - Warm up your machine by running a couple of shots of hot water through before brewing one of our delicious pods. Not only will this clean out any residual coffee grinds but will heat up the internals of the machine for optimal extraction.
2. Brew a short shot - Our Pods taste best at 20-30ml yield per pod. This should be one press of the ‘short shot’ button on your pod machine. Most pod machines have programmable buttons. Simply press and hold down one of the buttons while brewing and releasing button to stop and save that brew setting.
3. Dispose of thoughtfully - Our pods are both biodegradable, and commercially compostable! Certified compostable to Australian standards (certification AS 4376-2006), they are accepted by most commercial composting facilities. If you're in the Hobart City Council area, this means you can put them in your council green bin, hurrah! If you're elsewhere, it's best to check with your local council first.
