This is an exquisite representation of a complex washed coffee out of Peru. Sparkling acidity and rich malic sweetness create a cup that is as moreish as it is interesting.

This coffee comes from Wilson Centurion’s small 1 hectare farm La Palma, located in northern Peru at 1800 metres above sea level. Wilson is dedicated to Organic farming practices, and believes that his care for the land translates to quality in his coffee.
