We are looking for a new long-term member of the Villino team!
We have around 38 hours becoming available, which could suit one person looking for fulltime hours, or two candidates looking for 20-25hours per week. We are looking for people who are passionate about coffee and providing a warm and friendly environment for our customers. This role will include FOH, Barista duties, food prep, and retail sales.

- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- 1-2 years of cafe or coffee experience
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow into everything the specialty coffee industry has to offer

- Enjoys a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including:
- Running the floor and till
- Brewing delicious coffee
- Preparing drinks and food
- Speaking to our retail products

POTENTIAL HOURS / AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS
We trade 7 days a week, with possible shift times currently between the hours of 6:15am and 5:00pm.
Having your own transport will be advantageous, as we have some early starts and staff generally work between all of our three venues.
For this role, we're looking for someone who is available to work at least two to three days a week, with flexible availability. Alternatively, if you are looking for fulltime hours, this could also be catered for.
This is a casual position, with opportunities for growth for the right candidate.
