We’ve always loved Colombian coffees for their clean and refined fruit notes, and La Leona showcases this character beautifully. Honduras La Bojitas - This beautiful coffee was selected in collaboration with our friends at Pigeon Whole Bakers. Based in west-central Honduras, Abel Giron runs a meticulous farming operation, where his 10 permanent pickers hand pick and sort cherries. A fruit-forward yet clean expression of a Honduran coffee, with rounded sweetness and a playful apricot-like acidity.
