Telila washing station is located in the Jimma region of Western Ethiopia. Having only been in operation for four years, Telila has quickly made a name for itself in the specialty coffee scene.
In this lot, only the ripest cherries are harvested, before being pulped and fermented overnight. Coffee then spends 18-20 days on drying beds, achieving an incredible sweetness and clarity of flavour.
