We have worked alongside our coffee sourcing partners in Colombia and secured exclusivity of particular La Plata lots. To distinguish between the two it is now called San Sebastian.
This lot is produced by a local co-op called OCCICAFE, which have been heavily focused on improving their coffee quality over the last five years. Once harvested, many small holding farmers deliver their coffee to the OCCICAFE lab to be processed, classified and then sold.
