The location of this 20 hectare farm was initially seen as undesirable farming land, due to the cold climate and high humidity. But through sheer determination, Jose Shiavo has transformed the farm, and produced lot after lot of high quality coffee in great volume.
Jose's daughter Jacqueline is now taking up the helm, and driving a new era of improvement in enhancing their post-harvest processes. We have high hope for the future of the Shiavo family farm, and are super excited to see their future coffees on the table. This lot is no exception, and presents as a beautiful smooth Espresso, which leans into the rich nutty flavours Brazilian coffees are renowned for.
