DISPATCH AND SHIPPING TIMES

We currently dispatch our online orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Please ensure your order is in before 9am (AEDT) on those days, to make the same day dispatch cut off. Please note, we

Please allow the following shipping times:

Courier Delivery (Hobart & surrounds only): 1-2 days from dispatch, available to local Hobart residents

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. 

Australia Post Express Shipping: 1-2 business days from dispatch, depending on your location, in accordance with Australia Post's standard shipping terms. 

Collect from Villino: Please allow 3-4 business days. You will receive a 'Ready for Collection' email notification.

Free Shipping: - Orders qualifying for Free Shipping will be sent by the most economical shipping option available, which will either be via Local Courier or Standard Shipping depending on your location. Some items are ineligible for free shipping, as specified in the description on the relevant product page.

Villino Coffee does not accept responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods ordered from our web site. 

 

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is important to us, so please let us know if you have any problems.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we have a 14 day return policy. 

You can contact us by sending a message from the 'Account' section of the website or email us at roastery[at]villino.com.au.

Please include your name, date of purchase and order number, along with details about how the product has not met your expectations.

Items must be returned in the original packaging. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

WHAT ARE YOUR ROAST LEVELS AND WHAT METHODS ARE THEY SUITED FOR?

Espresso Blend Profile: Slightly more developed than our single origin profile. Perfect for a home barista who likes a rich, creamy coffee that cuts through milk. Also great as an espresso.

Single Origin Espresso Profile: The perfect balance of body, acidity and sweetness while still retaining as much of each coffee's unique origin characteristics. Exceptional as an espresso or plunger, but also delicious through milk.

Filter Profile: Expect a sweet and delicate brew, with refined acidity. Perfect for pour-over, aeropress and plunger. 

HOW FRESH WILL MY COFFEE BE?

Beans dispatched will not be older than 4 days from the roast date.

HOW LONG WILL MY COFFEE LAST?

We want you to enjoy your coffee fresh, so get it shipped to you asap. Optimal drinking time is within 21 days, but you can enjoy your coffee for as long as you'd like - you'll find the taste will change with time.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY COFFEE?

Coffee should be stored in a cool, dry place - similar to where you would keep your red wine - not the fridge! If you want to get the most out of your beans, we'd recommend storing in an air-tight container, like one of our Vacuum canisters!

Whilst freezing coffee can preserve it, if you choose to go down this route we would suggest freezing individual doses and using one at a time.

WHERE ARE YOUR COFFEES FROM?

We roast coffees from a variety of countries, working closely with suppliers to find the tastiest beans we can.

CAN YOU GRIND MY COFFEE FOR ME?

Easy Peasy! Just select the desired grind type on the coffee page and we will ship to you pre-ground and ready to use.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A BLEND AND A SINGLE ORIGIN COFFEE?

Single origin coffees are sourced from the same geographical region; From one farmer or a farming collective. Blends are created in-house by mixing a variety of beans to suit a desired flavour profile.
