Most coffee cherries contain two seeds that develop with flattened facing sides. But when only a single seed develops, this large oval shaped bean is known as a peaberry, typically denser and more concentrated in flavour. This lot consists of blended peaberry coffees from several different washing stations in Southern Rwanda. After Milling, they screen out the round beans to create the peaberry lot.
