This lot is produced by a Cooperative called Koerintji Barokah Bersama , at the foot of the Mount Kerinci Volcano on the island of Sumatra. With this Honey lot, the coffee is pulped without using water, and then moved to dry on raised beds for 20 days. The beds are located in domes to protect the coffee from rain and harsh sunlight.
